The toughest decision

So after the much awaited wait of almost 6 months (since I got accepted in June’12) the time finally come when I pack my bags and move to Copenhagen, Denmark. Amidst all the financing and loan issues with banks and many visits to the embassy for visa etc there was one thing that was getting more and more difficult for me to come to terms with….moving away from my husband. Ashish and I tied the knot last october and this was one of the most tough decisions we had to make within the first few months of our marriage. It was tough for me to spend such a long time convincing my family I wanted to marry this guy and settle down but just a few months in say that I was thinking of relocating. However, Ashish is the most inspiring person I have ever met and he was my backbone throughout this phase pushing me to chase my dreams and supporting me throughout.

Ashish this one is for you baby. I hope I can make you proud someday ๐Ÿ™‚
